As orthopedic manual physical therapists at Boise Physical Therapy 180, we are uniquely qualified to conservatively treat any musculoskeletal condition throughout the entire body. During the initial evaluation we determine the nature and mechanism of injury, tissue involved, and other factors that may be contributing to tissue injury and irritation, including faulty biomechanics and ergonomics. We provide a musculoskeletal diagnosis, develop a comprehensive treatment plan that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, re-education of the nervous system and faulty movement patterns, electrical modalities, and educate you about your condition. At Boise Physical Therapy 180 we also create a comprehensive home exercise program to allow for more effective recovery outside of the clinic and aim to return our patients to their optimal level of function.
