Sports Rehabilitation
From sprains and strains to more complicated post-operative rehabilitation, our aim is to get you back on the field as quickly as possible.

Pre/Post Surgery
Our clinical team is well versed in working with a variety of post-operative orthopedic conditions, including total joints and arthroscopic procedures of the hip, knee, and shoulder.

Orthopedic Conditions
As orthopedic manual physical therapists, we are uniquely qualified to conservatively treat many musculoskeletal conditions throughout the entire body.

Ergonomics and Posture
Ergonomics refers to the study of people in their workplace. Physical therapists consider how patients are positioned, generally sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform a task.

Manual Therapy
We use a variety of orthopedic manual therapy techniques, which have been shown to have neurophysiological and psychological benefits.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
IASTM is a form of manual therapy focusing on myofascial and scar tissue restrictions. It is applied with beveled stainless steel or stone tools using a scraping or stroking technique.

Dry Needling & Electrical Dry Needling
Dry needling is a form of manual therapy that we use to address myofascial restrictions or muscle trigger points (MTrP) where a fine gauge acupuncture needle is inserted

Electrical Stimulation
We utilize electrical stimulation inferential current (IFC) to modulate pain symptoms allowing patients to begin moving better.

FSM (Frequency Specific Microcurrent)
As opposed to traditional electrical stimulation utilized to primarily treat pain and activate dysfunctional muscles, we use microcurrent to directly treat a variety of conditions including tendinopathies

Therapeutic Taping
Therapeutic taping is often used as an adjunct or temporary technique to manage pain and support and unload various anatomical structures.

Patient Education
One of our most important roles as physical therapist is that of educator.
